Default [UTDC] UTDC Demo Playback Error - W7 x64

oi,
First of all, I'd like to say Hi to the all forum members. Long time no see to some of the people I've had chance to chat & work with back in the years.

I am writing in order to ask, whether the issue I recently encountered while checking some demos is rather common and known to others. I'm running on Windows 7 x64, I'm familiar (not in 100% tho) with the topic of the UTDC incompatibility issues with Windows 7 ect, but I've been wondering, if the problem has been solved already.

The problem I'm having displays in constant UT/MU crash after a few seconds of playing a demo that requires certain files to run, especially UTDC.
The error looks like this:

My question is, since I am not sure, is there any solution to this kind of a problem? Lets say some kind of a command you type in console while playing a demo that blocks the UTDC file scan or something? Or the only way to get the demo working is to downgrade to XP/Vista simply?

Already tried fixes for MU, downloaded and manually replaced all the UTDC files (as it did work with epiccustommodels in some other cases ect.), but still didn't get it work properly.

Should I give up while trying to figure this one out, or maybe there is a way to solve this thing and get rd of the issue completely?

Yeh, thought so this might gonna end like that ...
Oh well, guess I will have to get my 2nd rig to work, if I'm willing to get things done ...

Raise Up was just my first piece of work which I didnt dedicate this appropriate ammount of time and effort ... and as for now, basically, apart from tons of demos ... - yeh, gathering all the stuff together ...
To be really honest - I've been bearing in mind serveral cinematic concepts for the past few years now, so I decided to put 'em in one piece finally. Not sure, how things will go, but generally yeah - working on it.
The time will show ...
