Players unable to connect after map change
A few days ago I was able to get a server up. My friends were able to join the game with no problems, but it was until when the map changes, they are unable to connect. They all tell me that they are stuck at the Connecting screen. I double checked the opened ports, disabled AVG's real-time protection, and made sure my firewall was disabled.

I've had this problem occur but it wasn't the server. It could be a certain mod that is installed or it could be an issue in your server settings. Post your servers UnrealTournament.ini or Server.ini so I can scan over it

Alright well I've reviewed your server setup and tweaked the settings. I've used the SkeletalCharsFix313 before and I've never had any problems with it but as for the NaliFix and CowFix, I'm not entirely sure about those. The rest of the mods are okay. I would recommend replacing your server ini with that I have posted here and see if that works. If not, try removing the two skin fix's and see if the problem still occurs. Also you should notice your server should be running a lot smoother now (: Your welcome!

I tried hosting today and friends still couldn't join after the map changed. So I removed the two of the skin fix and the problem continues to occur.

Yes, I replaced my INI with the edited one you posted, hosted the server, problem still persisted. I then removed the two skin fixes, problem was still there.

Hmm.. I've had this problem before but it was only when connecting to ACE servers. Only thing I can recommend would be to try to patch your server with the most up-to-date 451b patch. If this doesn't resolve the issue I would recommend backing the server up and reinstall

After patching the server with the latest patch, the problem persists. So I reinstalled the server, thought maybe I should carefully edit the .ini before hosting. So I only removed one of the master servers that is no longer in use, hosted the server and the problem is still there. I'm getting the feeling that maybe it isn't my .INI file.
