Adding skins

Trying to add some skins to my server,but keep crashing it instead.


I add the utx to the textures folder
I add the ini to the system folder
And then add ServerPackages=NYASniperBoss to the UnrealTournament.ini folder.

Well,I restart level from the remote server admin and it crashes each time.If I go in and manually crash it and wait for the restart,then its the same thing.What am I missing?

I’m not an expert on skins
Does it work on your client machine?
I newer done anything to a boss, shouldn’t it start with BossSkins… for example BossSkinsNYASniper or is it a new player model?
If so there should be an .u file for the model in the System folder.
There shouldn’t be an .ini file to the skin, maybe you men the .int file but you only need that on the client so you can select the skin from the GUI
Check the Server.log or whatever you called it (ucc.logg)

try to get mapmanager thats a nifty little program that installs the files in the correct folders and adds the lines in your .ini
