ahh I ment your banner for your website I would like to re-do it for you
only take a few min's...

I have just finished compiling a new 'Master Server Controller' which far exceeds the capabilities of that one.

I will try and get it on here tomorrow.. after I do readme's :\ etc

was a mission but I think I covered everything

regarding the RocketArenaMutator, as it is missing the .int file Iam assuming that the Mutator line would be RocketArenaMutator.RocketArenaMutator

Also reading the source , It is a ServerSide Actor so does not need to be added to ServerPackages.

Perhaps you could update your .info file Admin for this one.

I have not yet tested as I need to find a way to redo my redirect , and any file (usually small) that is not redirected kills the server due to consecutive files being
sent from the Server @ phenomenal speeds of around 5kbs.
such is the nature of the 'Epic Failed' Redirect System built into UT99 maybe some0ne will append a similar feature found in the Demo_Manager (multi-Redirect-checker-system) in the future.

note to self to add file redirect checker into next version of ./msc

Hey guys yeah sorry my webserver has been down for a few weeks, since I got hacked into. I don't know when I'll bring it back up - perhaps I won't! Thanks admin for putting up the files for others. You are all very welcome to copy and modify the codes.

About the ignore mutator, well it never actually worked for me, so the file on my server was just an unfinished work-in-progress. If you managed to get it working then hooray, post us how you did it!

Also about the RocketArena mutator, there is a problem doing it mutator style which is that mutators deal with damage after armor has been taken off by the GameType class. The result was that if you boost yourself you would lose some or all of your armor! Well I tried to work around that with some dodgy Tick() stuff and that mostly worked, but it might not work so well for shieldbelt/metalsuit. Aside from that, boosting is quite fun.

heye Noggin , great to see that you are still playing the game at least and have a server up

re: ignore feature mod, yes this was/is still an excellent idea and I think based on ip+NGID||ANTHID||ACE ID||wateverID it would be a great feature.

I have often thought about a mod that would allow clients who do not like seeing the chat box and the 'crap' there-in , to be able to type something like !noBS or !noChat to disable it .

but being able to !ignore certain players is an awesome concept.
regarding the RocketArena Mod and after reading several posts about this Tick() function NoNo! Iam curious as to how it should be implemented into the server... ServerActors=RocketArenaMutator.RocketArenaMutator ?

it is for a Rocket_launcher_Arena Server that I have seen international and would like to replicate in Australasia. The only thing that they don't have is the self boosting thing ... as for Shields/Belts/Armour problems Iam sure that for the time being we could live without .

unreal://195.122.135.75:7777 international server in question regarding RocketLauncher Arena/

hopefully you are still modding on the side and I for one am very interested in your work

It's a mutator so add it to your mutator list. RocketArenaMutator.RocketArenaMutator

I think I didn't do the tricks to make it work as a ServerActor.

Sorry the repository is shared with code from other languages. One day I may split them up, but not today.

Just a bump to say:

FixWeaponBalance is available if you want to do any of the following:

- Reduce Pulse and Minigun strength in ZPP servers (where you can't get tickrate independence from PureStats)

- Fix the headshot-crouching bug with ZPP103.

- Make the sniper rifle weak at long range but stronger at close range.

- Confuse your players in other imaginitive ways. (If you set bio strength to negative, will it heal your enemies?!)

I did try to post this in the main forum 18 months ago but the moderator has not yet approved it. Well he's probably a busy guy...

Also you really should try out kxWallJump. It is less silly than DoubleJump ... it makes you feel like Jackie Chan, and it lets you discover new routes in well-known maps.
