well probably nothing , but here's a scenario and a fix that may be of use.
scenario , server crashes and restarts ... you have all your game server's shortcuts to batch files listed in the startup directory and as soon as the server has regained conscientiousness she starts loading up all your servers right!.
problem;
because they all start at once you may find that this causes a bottle neck in the works (highly modded servers) and well maybe none of them will actually load. Downtime = loss of clients , loss of clients = dead servers, dead servers = waste of money.
solution;
set little timers on your servers that wait for xxx period of time before loading
this is so simple you'll wonder why you never found it before. Windows servers basically start via .bat (batch) files. if you insert this line @ the top of your batch file just beneath the @echo off line then your server will be delayed (processor dependent) for any length of time that you specify.
