Listen Server

I have a Dedicated UT server listening on port 80. I want to also host a redirect server for UT so my server will not be bogged down with client downloads. I used Xerver on port 5080 and could access it via my WAN IP.
What context would I use in the UT.ini to allow redirection to the same address but different port?

UDP PORTS: 7777, 7778, 7779, 27900
