Well, how I said, maybe you can fix this problem with the message when releasing a new version, just set the appear time to 5 secs, so it's clear that nexgen already loaded. (Of course you can read the message now, just think not all will see it) ..

I fixed the problem with the mutator name, just open the SmartCTF 4D++v2.int file and rename

Thank you for the feedback. Just a friendly reminder: the absence of "v2" in the .int was intentional, but if you are happier if it is in there, then go ahead Is the delay of the message the only feature you want? I'd rather incorporate all remaining requests at once instead of releasing version after version with only one addition/fix.

So this is to all interested: let me know if you can think of a feature that could be useful for SmartCTF; no matter how small or insignificant you might think it is. If there are no replies in the next couple of days, I'll add the message delay and leave it at that.

I found a new bug i think. If you set 'bSCTFSbDef' to False, nothing happens. The SmartCTF scoreboard will still appear in the beginning of the game. Most of you will ask, 'why the hell shall we disable the Scoreboard?!'

I'm using the SnowyScoreboard of CTT and wants it to be the default board. But you still should be able to load the SmartCTF board. When you add the SnowyScoreboard at last (as mutator) you get a message that there was trouble loading the SmartCTF one (when calling it with F3). But when you change the mutators, that SmartCTF is loaded behind you can choose between the SmartCTF one and SnowyScoreboard.

I changed 'bSCTFSbDef' to false so that the Snowy one appears first. But it looks like that this feature doesn't work in this version. You always get the SmartCTF board. I had to choose the original SmartCTF4D mutator. Now it works: You get the SnowyScoreboard as default, but you are still able to get SmartCTF by pushing F3 or saying '!stats' .

It's okay now, but i miss the Spectator feature and the message etc..

Think about making a little fix for me

having two mutators calling for scoreboards is a no no. I disabled snowy scoreboard and just used the trees

Why it is a no no? Works good on my servers, people can decide which one they want, but i wanted that the xmas board is the custom one.

wondered if you could include some clientside hud options into smartctf :F

was thinking of some options like in the leagueAs mod

most important something like

hudtoggle chair UseAdvancedCrossHairs
hudtoggle chair CHairScale 1.0
hudtoggle chair CHairResIndependent
(the other things are nice to have but not that important i think)

i think res independant crosshairs are pretty cool and cant find any other mutator/mod with that possibility

or does anyone know someone who could have time and code sth like this?
