Default "Core Drain in Overtime" Setting

Is this in minutes or the amount of damage the core gets per minute?

It's probably the amount of damage.

It's the damage each powercore receives per second in overtime when the team doesn't hold any powernodes. Actual damage is calculated as follows:

OvertimeCoreDrainPerSec - OvertimeCoreDrainPerSec * TeamNodes / TotalNodes

(with TeamNodes being the number of nodes held by the team)
