Default FlagMutatorCTF int file

I have been tweaking lots of my int files, so I can easily access advanced options for mods and mutators.
I did one for "Flag Mutator CTF" yesterday.

If you want to access the mutators settings via UTs advanced options, then replace the lines in the FlagMutatorCTF.int file with this.
