I have a server on a P4 2.4 Ghz, 1GB ddr ram, 30GB eide hdd.
In this server is running 3 ut servers, 2 works good, another one have a "packets problem".

I set tickrate to 30, and server send me 10-15 packets/s, the others send me 30 packets/s. I use the same ini, i modified only server name.
I patched all with 451.
During the game the packets/s go to 30 and more (!!) and then fall again to 15...
My ping in F1 is about 22, in f6 102-110, i think that is not very normal this difference. In dos i ping that ip 10-13ms.

Can you help me? Have you any ideas?

I'm having a little difficulty understanding your post completely.

First, the pings you're describing are all fine. There's a difference between the ping shown in the F1 screen and the one in the F6 screen, so what you are seeing is normal and nothing to worry about.

Although there is a direct correspondance, remember that they are different.

Now for suggestions...

Try ending the servers that are working well to see if the remaining one, that was slow, suddenly improves.

That will tell us which way to go.

Also, you know it is not necessary to have 3 completely separate installations of UT patched to 451 to run 3 servers at once?
