first, are you using a firewall? if so you need to open the ports for the game in the firewall.
Running a Server Behind NAT
You will need to open some ports in order to allow outside clients to connect to your server.
The default ports are:
7777 UDP/IP (Game Port)
7778 UDP/IP (Query Port)
7787 UDP/IP (GameSpy Query Port)
28902 TCP/IP (Allows your Server to Connect to the UT2004 Master Server Browser)
xxxx TCP/IP (Port set via ListenPort that your WebAdmin will run

yes that has a built in firewall and you will need to open the ports in the router. look in your user guide and it'll tell you how to get into the router setup. then go to the advanced tab, then the forwarding tab and set it up like this pic.
http://fss.recongamer.com/router.jpg
you will need to know what ip was given to your pc, if it's just one pc connected it should be 192.168.1.100 if not you'll have to dhcp tab and click on dhcp clients table.
if you don't have the user guide, go here,
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pdf/befsr41V3_ug.pdf

it should tell you in the guide how to get the ip. you should be able to get it from a command prompt, if you're using xp type ipconfig and hit enter. should be something like 192.168.1.XXX.

You do it from your web browser. By default it's http://192.168.1.1 with admin as both the username and password.
