Webadmin and missing maps

I've recently install my linux ut2004 server. I think everything is up and running how ever when I get into the webadmin page all of the maps I have loaded are missing except for the defaults. I've read the FAQ on the cacherecords file but the links seem to be broken to download the file. I've also tried reextracting the file from the lastest update I did. Is there another way to fix this?
