Default Stopping Fragments???

Anyone know of a mod or a way to stop fragments from existing in network games? I'm getting a error on my server that crashes it. Peeps say it is due to pieces of things staying too long on badly formatted sections of a map. Here is what the error looks like:

Uninitialized: Name subsystem shut down
Uninitialized: Log file closed, 03/20/06 02:31:27

So please help by letting me know if you can stop fragments of wood, rock and bodies. Thanks!
