Default Windows XP x64 and Server 2003 x64 UT2004 CD Key

Well, I tried to poke around the forums and search function to find an answer to this with no luck, so I'll stick my neck out and just ask. Trying to run UT2004 dedicated server on a machine currently with XP Pro-64 installed, and will be switching to Windows Server 2003 x64 here soon, but I cannot find the registry key in which to place the server CD key, it's not in the same place as on a 32-bit machine. On my desktop machine, which is also running XP Pro-64, I'm able to find my normal game's CD key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Unreal Technology\Installed Apps\UT2004, but no Unreal Technology or other subfolders exist on the server. Do I need to just created the folder and following entries myself or is the key hiding somewhere else?
