Default new PC dark screen
Just bought a new PC and when I go to play UT my screen is very dark.
Also 1/3 of the screen (top and bottom) is blank.
Would this be a video card issue on my end?

If you haven't tried out using a new graphic render for UT, give it a try. They are from here: http://www.cwdohnal.com/utglr/

When you install those driver renders, make sure you set the GammaOffset=0.400000 or so. You can try GammaOffset=0.200000 if it's too bright, etc.
