The only possible method without making a custom game type is to set maxplayers higher then your actual player limit. That is what ASC does.

Then ASC must create a false player slot cause last time I ran ASC with 20 maxplayers slots it didn't show 21 slots in the utbrowser.

ok first of all 20 players it WAY to much for rocket x. Every oldschool RX server admin knows that rx servers should never have over 16-18 players. Just make the max player 18 and the last 2 slots for admins only or vip whatever. So when the server hits 18 its will auto redirect players to your second server.
I mean you have two servers with 20 slots each just for ROCKET X. I think losing two slots on one server is barely noticeable.
and if your really awesome you can redirect extra players to my rx server

A new BUG find:
In tournament mod when all players click and if match administrator 'Start Game' from Match Control for 'Force game' start all players get a flag on their back.
For this Start game button i have a suggestion:
Can you put a announcer deduct (10 -9 - 8 - 7 -etc..) before the game start like ASC have please?
its better for match.

would it be possible to allow a player who joins a server to remain in spec mode (respawn mode with ability to move) until they press fire. any on-screen mesage's transition out after a set timedelay perhaps. giving the new player the opportunity to see what they are getting into. time-delay settings perhaps could be :ForceSpawn=20,Ghost hehe.
yeah anyway just a thought if anyone's kean for a go.Any thoughts on this?

Hi,
Is there anyone who can adjust nexgen so that i can it use once for multiple servers.
So lets say i have 1 gamefolder with 3 tournament.ini's now nexgen has to be adjusted in the way so i can use it for all 3 from 1 gamefolder.
[Nexgen112.NexgenConfigExt]
bInstalled=True
lastInstalledVersion=112
ServerIp1=
serverKey1=
ServerIp2=
serverKey2=
Something like that and what else has to be adjusted.

would be cool to have it running from a central location not sure thats possible via uscript alone myself.
as it would need to be a native application with uscript modules I would guess..
never know though
NexGenServerController <-> ServerXX.u
windows/linux ports .. maybe mac
on another note; what dose this cmd do?
an insiders way of opening the nexgen hud by the looks of it.

This is already supported by Nexgen. Just add the following lines to Nexgen.ini

bUseExternalConfig=False
This will load the configuration from the server ini file, so you can use different configurations for each server. Although I implemented this feature in the very first version of Nexgen, I've never actually tested it. However I think it will work.

This command simply opens the Nexgen control panel (openrcp = open remote control panel). Nothing sneaky about it. By the way the Nexgen packages include the source so you can check it for yourself.

Thx daan got it working. But still the other 2 ini's do not look in other folders so name still changes to the ini in system folder.
Well i added that part but it does not look to the ini's if it comes to name of the server he just will call it [nexgen]Another UT Server
