[HELP] Missing Country Flags

I just played with UT when once I recoginze I can't see the country flags, why is that?
I tried my old User.ini and UnrealTournament.ini but still nothing happend.
Anyway I only can see some flags not everyone, and I have CountryFlags1.utx and CountryFlags2.utx.
Any idea what is the problem?

It's not you but the server who need update.

If not work be sure you have the texture as ServerPackages= in UnrealTournament.ini

This man have it working before on a server and now no ?

If it's that Edit IpToCountry.ini not work.
*removes alll IpToCountry files / restart / re install it with NO IpToCountry.ini. Start and stop the server.
*Go to edit the new one IpToCountry.ini
