Questions about SmartCTF Mod and UTDCv18

Hey all, I've a few of questions and problems:

A.
I've 2 question about Smartctf mod:
1.How is calculate the score of the records (extrastat (F2))?
Example: If I got 100 hs in 30 mins it saves 180 (for example) and not 200 hs for hour; if 120 frags it saves 210(other example) and not 240. Why?
2. Sometimes records didn't get save:
Example: In a server where the bestflacapper record was 84, i got more than 89 and that doesn't get save, so i had to get 89 for get that record...some days after the record was 95.

B.
An other thig: The Admin (me and iotz are helping him because he's our m8) tryed to install Ipcountry in
(BIG - server ALL arm 62.101.106.126:5555) but it doesn't work, can you check it? Have you some tips?

C.
In my server serverinfo (F2) doesn't work: I see every record without any nick and with 0 points: Records don't get save. In my smartctf.ini :
bExtraStats=True
bSmartCTFServerInfo=True
I tryed with bExtraStats=False but that's same.

D. In BIG - server ALL arm 62.101.106.126:5555 there's an other problem with utdcv18, who hasn't it can't join...how can solve it?
