Ok so i am having a mixture of problesm that everyone else has/had... but none of the solutions are working for me...

Here is what i have...

fully wireless network with a linksys wirelessg router...

Connected wirelessly is my box which is being set up for a firewall for the entire network (once everything works right) and connected via cross-over cable is my game box. I downloaded the free server program and installed it configured it and here is where the problems begin:

serveradmin is accessable from http://localhost:85/serveradmin (i have port 85 because i plan on running a webserver later and it is correctly configured)
BUT
Serveradmin is not accessable from its inter-network ip http://192.168.2.102:85/serveradmin or web side ip:85/serveradmin.

The Norton Firewall is disabled for the mean time and so is the windows xp firewall on all 3 of my nic's

The Linksys is directed at this point (For crack testing set to dmz ip 102 *server*)

when i run the server through command i get:
MasterServerUplink: Resolved ut2004master1.epicgames.com as 207.135.145.6.
MasterServerUplink: Connection to ut2004master1.epicgames.com established.
Master server connection failed
Master server connection failed

and it keeps repeating that crap...

SO when i load my game to see if it works even though its in that look and i go to join a game, i get a prompt that my cd code is allready in use (not by the server i registerd that under cdkey.dat (but i dont know what the cd registration thing on the web that you do gives you a reg file (i never got it nor did my friend and his server runs just fine doing the cdkey.dat thing) but under lan i can play my server, and sometimes i can fake the game into letting me into other online games when my server is on and my server is not listed on the master list...

so i am sure i did everything wrong or maby its all related to that reg file i am missing... is there any where on the web i can go download it insted of having it e-mailed... i have only one non hotmail address and that is through my school and they filter alot (including reg files...)

i know this is really "uncool" to do but just to make sure all my edits to ut2004 cnfg...

i had the CDKey value in the registry in the installed apps string when it had to be un UT2004 string... now i am visable on the master server as N/A and i still cant access the server admin via any form of ip only localhost so i need some suggestions on what is going on... could it be related to how i am having an ip access problem?

u will always see N/A since this information is gained from the internet and since you are behind a router it will always go via ur lan ip this is normal. Everyone else will see the full details but you will see N/A for your server.

well i have satisfied the internal web admin access via ip insted of localhost... but it is impossible to access it from the outside web address.

furthermore... if i try to access the game via the master server list i get the black screen and a time out... but when i join from the lan i have no problems...

also i am accessing the game from my game box not my server box... would this make a difference on your statement concerning the N/A Ping

ok i really dont know much about any ut other than the original tournament but here is a description for setting up the router correctly for an online UT server.

Under your router settings (http://192.168.1.1), click on Advanced. Click on the Forwarding tab, and make your port range from 7777 to 7777 for a UT server. Keep the
protocol as Both, and put your last internal IP address numbers in. Click Apply. Now click on the DMZ Host tab, and put that same IP number there. Click Apply. Now close out window and you have opened up the port UT uses for your computer to run a dedicated server on. Make sure your firewall is turned off in your Network Settings as well. Check by right-clicking on your Network Places, then Properties.

it might help, just remember the other settings before you change anything just incase... good luck
