converting mp3->ogg

Just a wacky thought as the result of a busy day and alot of coffee =)

I just had an odd idea, I was wondering ......Is it possible to convert an .mp3 into an .ogg (the music file)?

Wouldnt it be wicked to play a DM or ONS game and have your players listen to some kickin music of your choice. ie: a spaceship map could have Space2001 theme song, or perhaps your in a DM match and have a NIN song in the background.

Can we as Admin's set this up for our Players? Can we convert MP3's into .ogg files.

Yes you can do that...... I use a program called SoundForge.......very easy to do !......You can also use it Opposite ->.ogg to Mp3, wave,ect.

Do a Search , go to there site, dload it, set up the trial version, try it out.!

I do believe though that you are restricted to using only the same size files you are trying to replace...... soooo...... Some stuff wont work. But then again..... Ive never tried it in UT2K4
