Yes you can do that...... I use a program called SoundForge.......very easy to do !......You can also use it Opposite ->.ogg to Mp3, wave,ect.

Do a Search , go to there site, dload it, set up the trial version, try it out.!
I do believe though that you are restricted to using only the same size files you are trying to replace...... soooo...... Some stuff wont work. But then again..... Ive never tried it in UT2K4
