ASP.NET Web UT2003 ServerQuery available

ServerQuery seems to be the hot mod for UT2003 this season, but this one is for the other 3 or 4 of you out there who run ASP.NET applications on your web server

You can get the DLL and usage example at ServerDev.The class is in BETA and has no error handling at this point. This DLL is only recommended for developers familiar with the .NET Framework. I also plan to add support for El Muerte's GameSpy Query fix.
