"Stuttering" server

I'm completely frustrated with running a server right now. I've got a couple of Win32 machines with plenty of horsepower, but both show this stuttering problem. By stuttering, I mean that the players that are connected frequently seem to get stuck in a spot for a second or so then can move on there way.

This is on a LAN with 100MBit connection. Any ideas?

try setting keepalive=0 in your ini

I've also seen this when the machine is swapping due to the memory leak in the 2k3 server.

Can anything be done to prevent this memory leak?

So this is what that memory leak is...

I just had a bunch of guys sayin that my server was laggy and I went in and checked it myself... pings 10ms and I encountered this too, ...

Hope they fix it soon.

Btw, installed the 21.22 beta update for the game and wooh, looks good so far... Even the SP levels are harder to beat now

And just one more... get the new det drivers build number 41.03...

They pushed a lil more power to my Ti4200, nice stuff
