Kick for UTDCv20c.dll while server is running UTDCv21

The funny thing is we are using UTDCv21. Also Anthchecker is set to kick unknown libraries, but the packages listed to be checked are UTDCv21...

Can someone tell me what to think of this and is the file actually hacked?

It just means they came from a server running v20c, packages stay loaded till you restart UT
