Newb needs help!

Hiya ppl well Im a noob that run sometimes a DM server for some friends and that. I wanna know how to make the Download speed of my server since 300k map and less take like 2 mins or so for my friends to download and I dunno how to change that, also I want to know if there is a way to reduce ping and that stuff, cuz when there are 5 players on the server the ping of my friends go up to 200~nd more soe any suggestions are acepted.

The ping problem can be caused by too little awailable bandwidth.

Also, try replacing the IpDrv.dll of your server with this one: http://uksnipers.com/utserverstuff/U...Drv-070902.zip

It will fix a problem with Windows servers where the ping will slowly increase.

Is this dll added in patch 451b ? or do i need to intall this too?

It's only for 436, if you use 451 patch, you don't need this.
