start line for a ut server .

i have a dedicated server . on which i had 4 servers running 1 been a ut99 server.
i had problems with fire daemon which has ended with me loosing my start up lines .now i cant reinstall fd

. so im having to run .bat files to start the servers .
could anyone give me the start line to fire up our installed ut99 insta ctf 16man server port 17777 . thanks

our ut admin guy is away atm hunting rhinos or somewhere exotic
