WebAdmin 1.7 No Bots

First of all, webadmin is working fine on the server.
I cannot imagine, that you can run a server without it.
But I noticed, that since I use webadmin 1.7, after the first match and the map is changed by webadmin, all the matches start without any bots.
So you have to add bots by the console or webadmin-menu.

Anyone else has this problem too ?
Cannot find where to change this.
