Problem with UT2004 DED SVR Web Admin

Hi, I am a newbie, so I apologize if this is simple. I have UT2004 DED SVR running, server name L.O.H. ONS Server. It is working fine, but when I try to conect to the Web Admin page I cannot log in. I have checked the the UT2004.ini file and the Xserver ini file as specificed in other threads and they both look configured fine. I get the login screen, so the web server is running, and I am connecting to the correct URL and port, but no matter what I do, I cannot log in. I have this running fine on a different system at work.

Specs: Dell Precision 220 Dual CPU workstation running Windows ADV Srv 2000 sp3. 384 mb RDRAM. IIS is running, but using different ports.

Any help would be greatly apprciated.
