Some Players Cannot Connect After Patch

This is really odd... I'm at a loss:

My server is running patch 2166. Some players (I'd say about 1 in 10, if I had to guess) cannot connect. They'll start to connect, get into spectator mode, but then they can't join a team. They say that when they try to join (by clicking Fire), they get thrown back to the main menu.

AFAIK, all of these people are running 2166. Now, I am personally running 2166, and I have no problems getting in.

This is VERY odd...

Anyone having the same problem? You can tell you're having the problem if you get people that disconnect right after connecting, without even getting out of spec mode.

Now, my server is a Win 2k server (hosted), but I wasn't sure if the Linux admins would want to see this also, so I posted it in General Chat.

my server is running on linux redhat 7.2 and I have that problem with one stock map(BR-Slaughterhouse). Mine doesnt kick them back to the main menu it just stays there.

Well, I got the User.ini and UT2003.ini from a player who is having problems getting on my server. I used them as my own files and was able to get in just fine.

Sounds to me like there's some sort of file corruption among one or more of the updated files. It doesn't appear to be a configuration issue between the client and server.
