for the guy who posted about my different amount of nicks ..my girlfriend also used my pc for her clan gaming, and yes as was pointed out by owdeuk (coacoa) i was involved in 4 different clans ....so if i change my name i risk getting called a cheat. I say go see ya doctor and get some reality pills or perhaps you'll think clearer in a few years when ya leave school...anyways tbh with this and the general attitude found in the majority of servers these days i cant say i'm all that concerned about being banned. later all gl + hf

I didn't say you or anyone else is a cheater, simply by using serveral names, I said this is "typical of a cheater" perhaps I should have been clearer & said this is often done by ppl evading a ban, sry for any confusion.

It is sad but true that some cheaters will use several different aliases.

But it is also true that people like me will also use aliases just to go out and get away from it all and not have any pressure to perform. (like I would be able to perform if I had to...) anyway, several aliases on one machine could mean several people use it, too.

We had a big stink once because of aliasing, so we had a no aliasing rule in effect. This of course ate me up, because I like to alias, and didn't want to be a hypocrite about it, so needless to say, we have no aliasing rule any more .

Basically like I said, I cheat on another game hold no warrent on 2004.

cheating is a personality trait. If you cheat on a math test to me that makes you just as likely to cheat on a biology test..it's your mentality of what you get from cheating. There is a reason you cheat at UT...the same benefit would be botten from cheating in ut2004.

Yep, I've actually cheated a few tests but that was because I was desparate (life != game). It is a personality trait in that some people would consider cheating in tests under certain circumstances while others would never dream of doing such a thing. When it comes to video games, the notion of competition, mutual respect and fair play comes in (perhaps even honour, even if that makes some people laugh). That's why I won't cheat in online games.

as a legit argument sometimes
since we host both games i see that a bit different tho

Yep, that what got me to react in the first place. When I read that kind of statement, I understand the following :

- UT = old (& rubbish ?).
- It's ok to cheat on an old (and rubbish ?) game.
- It doesn't matter if you cheat and ruin the gaming experience of UT players because they're playing something old (and rubbish ?).
