UT Dedicated Server Port Question

I am trying to run a dedicated server on a specific port.

If I change the port to what I want it to be, my game system cannot connect, ping, or retreive Server information.

I do not wish to advertise to GameSpy so I have disabled that in the UT2003.ini

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Let me know if more information is required.

i have the same problem my server shows NA in the search window for servers but if a friend add my ip nr to favorites server appears whith ping

You should:

#1 - Post UT2003 questions in the UT2003 forums.

#2 - Provide more information about your exact setup. Specifically, are you behind routers/firewalls, on a NAT, etc.

i have a ut server, but cannot get the web server to operate on my other computer to access the server. i have a linksys router. i enable the the webconsole and opened port 8777 tcp. i typed my IP 192.168.1.then#to the server:8777. Then it comes up page not found. So do i need some kind of program? cable-4people-maxclient5000-

Try 192.168.1.then#to the server:8777/ServerAdmin/

Are you running unreal tournament or unreal tournament 2003? Your first post says you are using ut2003.ini, yet you sound like you are referring to the original ut?
