I have a ut server running on a win 2003 server and i am hosting a web page for a friend of mine. The problem that I am having is that I am not able to admin ut from the web. It is set to port 80 and I have that open on the router. But I am still not able to admin from the web. I also tried to change the port and I am still not able to do it. If there is someone who know about Server 2003 & UT. Can you please help.

wont work aslong as u have the web-page AND ut webadmin running on port 80...
i suggest you leave web at port 80 and set ut to maybe port 85, then you need to rout port 80&85 to your hosting server.
that should do it

since you are able to connect to admin on port 8888 via lan, but not via internet, i guess it must be a misconfig of the router...
just to be sure:
you routed the port 8888 from wan-site (internet) to the server? (on the right ip, and preferably your servers ip is not a dhcp lease from the router?)
and you also added the portnumber at the end of the web url?
( like http://www.myserver.com:8888 )

The ip address for my server is static on the router so thats not the problem. And I do have the port 8888 open for that ip address. So I dont have a clue what the problem is.

You can always log into your router remotely, opent the firewall, do your admin and close the firewall again
I have run the web admin on something like port 6060 or 60 before now beacause it clashed with my webserver
Wish I could help!!! What make / model router is it?
If it has an option for a DMZ Host try that temporarily (DMZ will open your PC to all ports so all requests get forwarded to your PC)
If this works it is the port forwarding that is not working properly!

Have you tried http://www.myserver.com:8888/ServerAdmin/
and don't forget the trailing slash in the end
