I hate moron admins

Im just wandering if anyone else has experienced this problem.
basically, there is a server admin out there who steals your nick (+clantag) and puts it on his server bots which also insult people.
i will not post the IP of the server as i dont want to get you guys having the same problem, but however i can give you the server name and homepage:

the idiots have stolen one of my clanmates names and some of the stuff the bot says is very harsh and racist. and from what i can gather they have nicklamed ALOT of normal people

from what i can gather they are american which is a shame really

well, if they run a racistic server just capture a few screenshots and let the police shut down the server for you. It's simply illegal and should be punished by law.

Depending on what they are saying, in some states the USA we have what are called "hate crimes". It's a criminal offense against someone or a group of people or their property due to their race, religion, ethnic/national origin, gender, age, disability or sexual orientation. They are purposely selected because of this. Also, related to this is biased-related conduct or hate incidents.
But, it's not illegal to make racist insults to someone. You have to commit a criminal act based on the fact that the victim is one of the above.

BUT...there is probably another way to get rid of that server.

Here in denmark it is punishable by law if you come with racistic remarks in public, an public server is considered as a public place isn't it? I believe the location of where the server is hosted is also the location of what law to use?

When people here in Denmark gets caught in public racism they don't get thrown into jail or something. The get a fine, and are forced to come with a public "i'm sorry" statement and that's it. The racistic material is also removed from the media from where it came.

To define the line between jokes and racism is hard to tell, and lucky me that i don't have to be the judge of it

Just to make it clear, i disguss every people who feel the need to speak racistic about anyone, it is truly a sign of weakness, that these individuals will lower themselves to such behaviour. A good debate about something never hurts, as long as it's kept in a sober adult language.

Seems most laws here are to protect the perpetrator, not the victim. =\
