Your CD key appears to be invaild?

I just set up a server and add a few muts (AntiTcc, UT2004RPG,UTVot50 Jetpack, and nijaropetwo), my buddies and I where playing a couple of matchs, after the end of one match we picked the next map using UTVote50, when the map loaded it was the same map, all monsters where spwaned, and we were all in spectator mode unable to join the game. this happend 2 load cycles. I then stoped the server thinking it had crashed and went to restart it and now when i start the game it says "Your CD key appears to be invaild. You well need to reinstall the game to re eneter your CD key".

So i went to uninstall the game and i couldnt even do that, i got a mesgage saying "Insaller coldnt find UT2004". so i removed the reg keys deleted the dirrectory and reinstalled UT2004. reinstalled the muts. and started the server up. it went about two matches and did the same freaking thing.

I really starting to wonder if its a hardware issue.
Has anyone had this problem before?

Im also starting to wonder if I had ben hacked and someone stole my cd-key?

I ran a UT 2004 demo sever for days, never restarting it and didnt have a single problem.

Are you running your client game from the same machine as the server?

no the server in only running one instance of UT2004.
i have 7 computer network, one computer is a dedicated server and each computer has its on leagel copy of UT2004 including the server. i havent entered the server cd key into the reg, im using the cd key that came with the game
