I am trying to get rid of a skin. It is the Alien Drone, so that i can get in servers running anti TCC. I have deleted every file for the alien Drone and it still says that it is there. Can someone help me out here?
The error says "This server can not verify the file ALIENS"

Do a search in your UT2004 directory for any file named "ALIENS" and see what it finds.
Have you also cleaned out your cache?

Yes i have cleared my Cache and i searched my ut2004 folder for a aliens file and i deleted everything. Still did it
