Problems Starting Server

Hey all -
Im having problems starting a server.
Im using Gamehost to help configure my server and i followed all the directions in the tuturial. In the command line i entered the following: server DM-Inferno.ut2?game=XGame.XDeathmatch ini=ut2003.ini
It ran through a process and the loading screen gave me the following error message...
Failed to load 'jugg': Can't find file for package 'Jugg'
Failed to load 'XGame': Cant find file for package 'jugg'
Failed to load 'DM-Inferno.ut2': Cant find file for package 'jugg'
Failed to load 'Level none.mylevel': Cant find file for package 'jugg'
Failed to enter DM-Inferno.ut2?game=XGame.Xdeathmatch: Cant find file for package'jugg'
Executing UObject::StaticShutDownAfterError
Exiting due to error

Can anyone help me?? I hope its just a newbie thing because i have alot of knowledge about computers but am sort of new to the server aspect.

Looks like its not starting the the right directory.
