webadmin problems....

it works fine..i login...everything seems fine...i change to ctf, hit switch, then change to ctf-citadel, then hit switch, then it says its restarting, i connect to the server, everything seems fine, its on ctf-citadel, then i go back to the admin webpanel thing to turn on lowgrav and instagib and it asks me my username and password again, so i put it in again, and it doesn't work...try a few more times..eventually get the 404 not authorized error. what's wrong with it? =(

It is my understanding that there is a bug in the WebAdmin feature that affects the selection of mutators. It is also my understanding that there is a patch to be released to fix this.

I believe he is referring to the problem of webadmin totally stopping to function..

I have that exact problem and I cant seems to fix it.

Sor some reason web admin stops reponding after a few hours...

I have to stop and restart the server to correct the problem...

Do you know if the mutator patch fixed the webadmin problem.

I have to say that I have tried the new webadmin patch for the mutator bug, but the webadmin still seems to die after a few hours....

I am trying to figgure out what is going on but I just cant seem to find any clues..

I suspect your ports are too close together and the game port or some other app is coming up on the webadmins port. Check the log file for errors. If you want mail the log to and Ill have a look.

I believe it has something to do with the multiple admins I have for the server..

When I eliminate their logins and I am the only admin, the problem never happens..... For some reason when more than 1 admin is logged into the server at one time the web admin locks up for the remainder of the current level.. Once the level is over the webadmin resets and I can get control back..

As far as ports go my webadmin is 1000 ports away from any other apps.

I have run a netstat -an on my server to see what is going on and I dont have any other apps kicking killing the webadmin...

I will look in the logs the next time webadmin locks up...
BTW: does webadmin have a separate log?

On webadmin doesnt have a seperate log so u can just check the main 1
