Help Needed Tac Ops 3.4

Hi all,
I am hoping someone here can help

I run a Tactical Ops 3.4 CTF server, For some reason whenever someone times out of game they are being tempkickbanned

Not good for business.
message given in server is :
playername tempkickbanned reason checkmechecks missing (cheater?)

Any help much appreciated, thanks in advance
