192.168.*.* is a private IP network and not a valid Internet address. What this means is that you have a Network Address Translating (NAT) router between you and the Inet. Anyone outside the router sees (and needs) the Internet IP (65.32.269.55). Anyone inside the router needs to use the internal IP (192.168.0.5).
Bottom line is: You want/need the outside address to be published via the master server so external folks can connect. For you personally, just add the internal IP to your favorites and connect to the server that way. (or look for it via the LAN servers tab and get a big ping advantage...
