I'm running an UT dedicated server v436 with TO Retail 3.4 files. It's on a dual P4 2.0, 1GB RAM, 30GB 7200rpm running at 20-30% resources on server full hosted on a Cable ISP.
Using default config with tickrate 35 and maxspeed 10000 clients get a difference of around 50ms between F1 and F6. Clients are in the same network, ping 15-20 F1, 60-70 F6. ¿Is there a way to decrease this difference? ¿any idea of what can be causing it?

I've tried installing a default UT DM server and the same happens but with UT2003 servers the difference between both ping is 10-20 ms.
