Version 1.5 is done and uploaded. I have rewritten the code from scratch and cured some bugs.
Major additions:
Settings can be changed in-game now with mutate commands. You can also list settings and players' netspeeds.
There are big messages whenever someone tries to change netspeed.
There are also log messages when someone changes netspeed.
There is still an issue with the anti-tweaks and RocketXRB so you will need to turn off those anti-tweaks to run that mod. Also this mod will clash with LeagueAssault which uses its own anti-netspeed change code. It *should* work with UTPure but I haven't tested. If UTPure is set to kick (after 5 changes I think) then it will override ANH, if ANH is set for more than 5.

Ok. I've taken out the setting that affected that and re-uploaded. As far as I can see it is one of the anti-tweaks that did it. I could ony see this problem with anti-tweaks on.
You must remember that the server needs a map change after turning off anti-tweaks.
I am seriously considering taking the anti-tweak part out since Azazel has a good anti-tweak package already. What do you guys think?

Yah..... Renaming is always a good idea even if ppl don't cache cause some of these servers admins use free redirects like gameserver.net has. Then they have to go to an adminstrator to remove the other version and that can be a hassle.

Ok I will hopefully be doing an update this week and I will have a look at it. By the way you shouldn't really need AntiNetHack with UTPure since pure will disconnect after 5 netspeed changes.

Ok it seems to be a bug using it on a windows server. I think I've fixed it. Try version 2.0 and let me know how it goes.

i ve installed your V2.0, server start now without crash.
but ingame the counter works incorrect:
i change 1x netspeed and get kicked. counter was on 5 in the ini.
displayed 5 x the exploit message in the console.
change counter to 3, 2, i get kicked too after 1x netspeed change, displayed the exploit message 3 ,2 in the console.
so i think the counter is buggy..or?

Sounds like it isn't resetting your netspeed to the original value. I found this a few times when entering with a netspeed > 20000 or sometimes when not respawning. I will have a look later today and see what happens.

netspeed 2500 is standart by clanbase and i have a cb server.

Ok I've set lowest netspeed to 2500 and uploaded (same link as first page). You will probably want to change that in the ini too.
I've been testing on both windows and linux server and the counter seems correct. I can't reproduce the problems that you mentioned. Can you post your ini maybe? Also don't use it on a LAN because it does not work.
