Can't connect to my dedicated server

Hi,
I downloaded the Unreal Dedicated server and also the GUI dedicated server tool. I can start my server, that's not the problem, and i also find my server in Unreal under LAN, but if i want to conect, i get the message :

Problem with starting the URL prvate object moNumericEdit moNumericEdit XInterface.Tab_InstandActionBaseRules.IARulesTImeL imit can't be imported

Does anyone know what that means and what i could do ??

I think you need to install Epic's latest patch...
