Also, it seems that the "Ladder" link has a bad habit of disappearing (I make it come back by restarting the current level).
Just odd that.

It is probably the result of some bugs I've found with the array handling in Config Manager....I'll be posting an updated version of both Config Manager & Ladder in a few minutes...

DOH! They changed the required security level for the Server Name setting to the highest level! I'll rework the way the properties are displayed so that it follows the standard (only displaying the settings that the admin has privs for). This *could* create problems, but I don't think it will....It'll be in the next version due out in a few minutes.
I guess we'll find out!

Not sure if you guys got this problem or not... but after you create a profile and load it, the webadmin completely looses the ladder option again. I have to either wait until the next maps changes (or a couple) or reboot the server, in which the user profile automatically loads up. Anyone else have this problem with Ladder 1.4?

Yep I tracked this one down finally. It's fixed in version 4.5.

OK - New versions are up. Head to the downloads section! Let me know if anything new pops up in this version.
You'll need to redownload both Config Manager & Ladder. No ini changes are necessary - simply overwrite the current copies of the files with the ones in the zips.

This won't be available until I add the ability to add custom command line parameters to Ladder profiles. I'm waiting to do that until I'm sure everything that is in Ladder is working as it's supposed to.

Oh, and is there a list of mutators/mods that work with config manager, or is ladder the only one that works 'out of the box'? I think i read something about small (~512byte) int files is all the mutator would need to work with config manager. Is there anyone working on putting out these small files?

No, a mutator needs an additional .u file in order to work with Config Manager. It will be up to individual mod authors to make their mods compatible with Config Manager....However, to get the ball rolling, so to speak, as well as to provide more examples of how to actually write a loader for different mods, I'll be releasing add-on "packs" for Config Manager, which contain several loaders within one .u file.
Included in the first pack, which is just about finished:
TTMv2.2 beta
MODOSUtilsV3b1
Bullshit
TNSeMutators
Deathball

I hadn't planned on adding this functionality. But it wouldn't be hard to do...so who knows

Hi there,
just installed both tools on our clan server, and they prove very neat for quick changing of game types and properties. Now I wonder if there are some console commands to control the Ladder from within the game without calling the webadmin interface. And if not, how difficult would it be to include a small set of commands? Something like 'switch profile xx' would be far enough. :-)
Greetings, Alex

I will be adding this if Epic adds the functionality to allow this without mutate commands. (i.e. admin ladder switch xx)

Oh hahaha - This is because I'm sorting alphabetically, instead of by the given "weight" of a setting - I'll get this fixed in the next version.

Well, I'm really not very familiar with this programming stuff. So this question might be a bit dumb: Is there a chance that Epic will do so? :-)

I will be releasing an updated version of Config Manager / Ladder tonight that will be compatible with the 2199+ webadmin.
